Well, we have it so you submit us the questions, and then pick the best ones submitted and ask them to him.    I saw over on Bluesnews that Wavelength are apparently giving away 10 copies of Half-Life to random entrants. So I'd head over there if I were you! :)

   Also there is an interview here on Gamer's Alliance. Its with Valve Art Director Ted Backman and Writer/Designer Marc Laidlaw. Also from Bluesnews.

TF2.com

   Just received an e-mail from Gunny of the newly founded TF2.com:
I am happy to report that www.TF2.com is finally open to the public. It has been over two months of progressive work to get this site ready to hold hundreds of Megs of info. This page was designed so that the Team Fortress 2 Clan and public community can find a general home, where they can find out which clan is on top, and which is being crippled. Leagues, Information, Public Polls, Forums, and over 5 pages of community news. We also are setup to hold the largest clan list in history, and plan to keep it up to date so you can get the match going. This is also important for the clans that are starting or transferring over to TF2 now, so they can reserve their name before it is lost to another. Take a look at your community TF2 page at: www.TF2.com. When TF2 comes out, you will either be prepared, or get left behind!

Decal Tutorial

   The Half-Life Skin Emporium has a brand new Decal Tuturial done by Dann in Flash. Its rather cool, and very useful if you're not very experianced with graphics and want to be able to do graphics for Half-Life.

   Also, if you'd like to post some question to Gabe Newall about Half-Life, check out PC Gamer Online's interviews page. if you e-mail the questions directly to askpcg@pcgamer.com then theres a chance that the'll be answered.

   Finally more of the release data saga! Here is the latest press release about the forthcoming release;

BELLEVUE, WA - October 20, 1998 - Sierra Studios announced today their upcoming 3D action thriller, Half-Life, one of the most anticipated titles of 1998, will be in stores by Thanksgiving weekend. The game will go gold later this month, and retail outlets will start seeing the game in mid-November, just in time for the busiest buying weekend of the year. Pre-orders have given the heads of corporate offices within Cendant Software all indications that Half-Life will be the biggest product launch of 1998 for the company.
